Siting Studies
Revised Siting Study (December 31, 2009)

The project proponents submitted a revised siting study with recommendations for changes that had occurred since October 2008, including new and revised alternatives generated as a result of cooperating agency requests. The BLM accepted the siting study with some changes.

Addendum to Original Siting Study (October 2008)

This addendum reflects the project proponents’ responses to BLM concerns and aligns the recommendations of the September 2008 siting study. The BLM accepted the addendum with the original in full.

This scoping report contains and reports on all comments received on the project and replaces and supplements the September 2008 Scoping Report. This report contains submissions through September 4, 2009. Another update, covering submissions through December 31, 2009, will be posted in mid-May 2010.
