Revised Siting Study (December 31, 2009)
The project proponents submitted a revised siting study with recommendations for changes that had occurred since October 2008, including new and revised alternatives generated as a result of cooperating agency requests. The BLM accepted the siting study with some changes.

This addendum reflects the project proponentsí responses to BLM concerns and aligns the recommendations of the September 2008 siting study. The BLM accepted the addendum with the original in full.
